Locations: Littleton & Teletherapy

Counseling Intern

I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. Anxiety is a normal part of life, and finding healthy ways of coping with its inevitable challenges can be difficult for every person. We are all shaped by our unique life experiences, and I would like to help my clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so they can start making meaningful changes and working towards their wellness goals.

I take a holistic approach to counseling that focuses on all aspects of the client’s life experience. I offer an objective, empathetic, and encouraging environment for each client. I will help clients to process their past, with a focus on their present functioning and future goals. I believe therapy is an active and collaborative venture that involves work during and outside of the therapy session.

I am honored that I get to go on this journey with each client, and aim to be a worthy fellow traveler.

I have a keen interest in human behavior and developmental psychopathology and am interested in working with all demographics while I complete my Master’s degree and move into clinical practice. I am currently studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adam’s State University. I am a foster parent and mother of one, and in my spare time, I enjoy martial arts, running, hiking, and cooking with my son.
