Counseling Intern
Life can present various challenges such as loss, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. Therapy can help equip you with coping strategies and support to navigate these difficulties. I provide guidance and tools to clients as they navigate the ups and downs of life.
My approach to counseling is goal oriented, focusing on building a trusting and collaborative relationship. I believe that every individual has unique strengths and inner resources that can be harnessed to overcome challenges and achieve personal goals. I strive to create a safe environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards mental health and personal growth!
I am pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University, and have obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. In my free time, I enjoy taking on DIY projects, hiking, playing in the park with my Aussiedoodle and Goldendoodle pups, and trying out different restaurants across Denver. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
