Counseling Intern

I have a passion for working with couples and individuals on creating authentic and loving relationships, exploring how to communicate from a loving place and work towards deepening intimacy and connection. Together we explore how you’re feeling and get in touch with your unexpressed wants and needs both in life and within your closest relationships. After working in corporate America for 10 years, I enjoy working with high performing couples and individuals that struggle with balancing a successful career with their desires to create a more meaningful and intentional life. I believe that everyone’s journey is unique and that knowledge and practice help facilitate change within all parts of a person’s life.

I utilize emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to support my clients in shifting patterns in their life and relationships. I am currently completing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University. In my free time I love to ride horses, am learning to play the piano, and love spending time with others trying new restaurants around Denver.
