I’m a Certified Addiction Specialist, unlicensed psychotherapist, and Certified Eating Disorder Treatment Provider with 16 years of clinical experience. I work with teens and adults in individual therapy, using a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

I specialize in supporting people through a wide range of challenges, including mental health concerns, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and hormone-related issues like PMDD, as well as pre- and postpartum mental health. My integrative style of therapy considers how gut health, hormonal balance, and nutrition can influence emotional and psychological well-being, while always staying within the scope of mental health counseling.

I also work with individuals who are preparing for or integrating psychedelic-assisted therapy, offering a grounded, thoughtful space to process those experiences in a meaningful way.

CAROLINE’S FEES:

Individual therapy – $140 intake session, $95 standard session
Teen/Family Therapy – $150 intake session, $100 standard session
