Counseling Intern

Empowerment and belief in yourself are key in my eyes. I want to make you feel comfortable with being uncomfortable and explore who you are inside. My technique is direct without being harsh or critical. No matter what led you to this point of wanting to seek counselling services, you are here now and that’s what matters. I provide a judgement free zone, providing an inclusive and open environment to everyone that comes through the door. I have previous experience working with people with disabilities (both invisible and visible), the LGBTQIA+ community, and many others in various settings. My goal is to work alongside you and help to guide you towards inner healing, managing transitions in life, and working toward creating growth and change within you.

I am currently a Masters Student studying for a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University here in Colorado. I have an Associate’s Degree from University of Phoenix in Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University. In my leisure time I enjoy painting, reading, disc golfing, and walking my dogs.
