Life can get really messy at times. Whether it’s apparent to our families or something we silently struggle with internally, we can’t always handle it alone. That’s where I come in. I’m here to provide support and facilitate positive change, especially when that huge list of things you have already tried haven’t done the trick. You are the expert on your life, but sometimes it helps to get a non-biased, outside perspective to look at issues or roadblocks in a new way. We build your treatment plan and goals together based on what you want, and make adjustments along the way as necessary. I have experience working with individuals and families of all ages. I truly enjoy working with teens, couples, and families experiencing behavioral or communication issues; as well as teens or adults experiencing substance use issues. My time working in a school for autism, a residential facility for traumatized youth and families, as well as an adult rehabilitation center have given me a broad spectrum of skills to build on.
After my own experience with becoming a parent, I am passionate about supporting new parents on their challenging journey into parenthood and am trained with PSI (Postpartum Support International) to provide assessment and treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders in a compassionate and understanding way.
I love what I do and am very committed to providing a genuine and honest experience for my clients. I look forward to working with you!
