Has there ever been a time when you were afraid to do something, but you did it anyway, and it turned out okay? Sometimes life can be unjust and unfair, even painful or discouraging and the ability to move past those struggles may seem impossible at the time. These emotional, psychological, or interpersonal conflicts can get in the way of living a more full, productive, and satisfying life.
As a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend who has overcome many of my own adversities and personal challenges, I have developed a passion for helping people become more grounded and develop trust in themselves in order to find meaning and create the life they want to have. I believe each person is one of a kind and therapy is a collaborative and interactive process. I consider it a privilege to share in my clients’ unique stories and work together to identify goals that will promote balance and improve overall well-being. I want to help my clients learn to manage intense emotions, develop purposeful connections, create mutual understanding and improve communication or resolve existing conflicts.
You are the author of your life; it is my goal to facilitate conversations that can lead to positive change. I look forward to working with you.
