Group Therapy
Group therapy provides an effective, affordable way to get the help you need alongside of others who are experiencing similar life situations. Our therapists and counselors lead the group therapy experience in a safe and supportive setting where you have an opportunity to openly and authentically express yourself with other people facing the same obstacles. A group environment creates a community of support to help you work through difficult situations in your life. We are currently offering three groups.
