My goal is to help you uncover your full potential and create the future for yourself you desire. While we can’t change past difficult situations, we can work together to process and resolve challenges in your life. My counseling style is holistic. I address all of the many facets of life and our humanity. We work together to address long-standing patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling life.

We all need to be seen and heard in a safe environment. I am privileged to walk this journey with you. If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

While interning at Denver Counseling Solutions, I am completing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University. Outside the counseling room, you can find me hiking, cooking, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with my three kids and our dog.

PATTY’S FEES:

Individual therapy – $50 intake session, $40 standard session

Couples/Family therapy – $70 intake session (90 minutes), $45 standard session
