Our pain management education and support group provides you with techniques and approaches for managing your pain and caring for yourself. The group also provides a safe, supportive environment where you can explore concerns, experiences, feelings, and hopes with others who may be in a similar situation.  Topics include:

  • Education on chronic pain
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Stress Management
  • Anger Management
  • Self-care and Mindfulness
