In this moment, you are taking the courageous step to reclaim a sense of well-being. Taking time to focus on yourself and your relationships is an easily forgotten task as you jump the hurdles of your day-to-day life. I believe this leads to patterns in our lives we are not satisfied with, which can impact the way we communicate with ourselves and with our loved ones. It is not always easy to identify or change these patterns, but by looking at your strengths and working through the pain, it is possible. Therefore, it is my goal to meet you where you are at today; to listen without judgement and to greet you with compassion. Together we will focus on developing goals that help you reclaim your sense of self. I look forward to working with individuals, couples, and families.
