When you feel lost, broken, frustrated or confused in your life, it can be difficult to break free without having someone else to listen and provide guidance. As someone who has walked this path and understands the pain of feeling stuck, I find great joy in helping others find the freedom that we all deserve. The beauty of this process is that the discomfort itself can often be exactly where that freedom exists. We just often need help in order to see that path.

I love supporting people of all walks of life who are working through all sorts of challenges. I am particularly driven to support issues related to identity development (particularly with teens and young adults), anxiety, depression, marriage and family/parenting, faith (including religious trauma), and midlife crises. Regardless of who you are or what situation you find yourself in, I am passionate about providing a safe space to explore your challenges and what growth and freedom means for you.

JOEL’S FEES:

Individual therapy – $135 intake session, $110 standard session

Couples/Family therapy – $200 intake session (90 minutes), $120 standard session
