I believe that everyone has a story and deserves to be heard. I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and instilling hope for the future. As your counselor, I will walk beside you and listen to your experiences, providing a safe environment for you to process life events, emotions, and gain greater insight into your personal experiences. I am here to support you and help you to identify and achieve your goals. I am especially passionate about helping clients with chronic pain and chronic illnesses find joy, hope, and fulfillment. I utilize a person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and family systems approach to therapy while also incorporating methods from other treatment modalities. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I have an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor.

NICOLE’S FEES:

Individual therapy – $175 intake session, $150 standard session

Couples/Family therapy – $250 intake session (90 minutes), $160 standard session

EMDR therapy – $185 intake session, $165 standard session
