Edward Stern

Master’s Program Intern

Are you looking for a counselor who truly sees you — your full story, your culture, your circumstances — and can help guide you toward the life you want to live?

If so, I’d love to be part of that journey.

I am a graduate student intern studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University. My path to counseling has been shaped by years of interpersonal work that has given me a grounded, relational presence and a deep respect for the many different challenges people face — including systemic barriers that make accessing care harder than it needs to be.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, transition stress, substance use disorders, trauma, chronic health conditions, and the complex realities of life. Accessibility is a core value of mine, and I am committed to providing guidance that is affirming, culturally responsive, and genuinely client-centered.

Outside of my clinical work, I live in Denver and spend my time connecting with community, skiing, biking, hiking in the mountains, seeing music, playing music, and caring about people — which is what drew me to this work in the first place.

You deserve support that meets you where you are — and I’m here when you’re ready.
