Locations: Denver/Aurora, Castle Rock & Teletherapy

Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

I know what it feels like to carry the burden of feeling misunderstood, not good enough, and like you don’t belong. I know how it feels to hide your true Self from others for fear of being exposed, judged, or shamed. My promise to you is to provide you with a different environment, a safe and non-judgmental one, where you can explore all parts of yourself.

I approach therapy with compassion, genuine curiosity, and hope. My goal is to join you in heart and mind to co-create a deeper meaning of your experiences so that you can gain new awareness and self-acceptance as you continue through your journey in life as your authentic Self.

I am passionate about fostering deep connections and integrating past wounding as a part of your Self to relinquish the grasp it has on you. With sensitivity, care, and a trauma-informed posture, I gently offer new perspectives while empowering you to discover and explore who you authentically are.

I am an LPCC, with an M.A. in Counseling from Regis University. I love animals and am obsessed with my cat and dog! I am an avid plant lady who buys at least one plant every time I enter Home Depot – which is quite often. I also often love to treat myself to Starbucks.

We all have a story to tell, and I am honored to join you on this journey.
