Counseling Intern

My approach to counseling is comforting, non-judgmental, and goal-oriented. The type of therapy that I emphasize is a process of becoming whole- assessing all aspects of you as an individual- emotional, cognitive, social, spiritual, and physical.  I believe that people have the means to make positive changes in their lives when awareness is reached, goals are created, and consuming thoughts are reduced. I also believe that this type of change can occur most rapidly with the support of an empathetic, committed, and compassionate clinician.

I have worked with brain functioning for years, including my undergraduate study in Human Physiology, and my background with ketamine therapy. The awareness that we gain when we tap into our brain’s natural resources invites us to make positive growth. I am currently studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University. In my free time I love reading, drawing, golfing, swimming and exercise as a way to de-stress!

I am honored to be a part of your healing journey.
