Counseling Intern
I am a dedicated counseling intern excited to support you on your journey towards healing and growth. I bring a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for helping others to my work. I’m here to offer a listening ear, compassionate support, and evidence-based interventions as you navigate life’s challenges. I grew up New Jersey and obtained my B.S. in Psychology with specialization in Addiction Counseling at University of Maryland. Currently, I am pursing my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills to better serve individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for your unique experiences and strengths. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, depression, or self-acceptance, I’m committed to providing a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
Outside of the office, you’ll often find me seeking solace through my vinyl collection, exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado, or cuddled up with my sweet cat. I value the therapeutic influence of music, introspection, and companionship, highlighting the significance of finding joy in life’s simple pleasures. I’m excited to embark on a journey together to discover ways for you to embrace those moments of joy and explore new pathways toward wellness, uncovering the boundless potential within you.
