Counseling Trainee

Are you feeling lost or stuck? Are there obstacles that are preventing you from living your best life? Are there conflicts and stressors in your life that feel insurmountable? Are you longing for change but unsure how to make that happen? If so, let’s take a journey of self-discovery together and help you realign your life with the values that are most important to you. Whether you’re struggling with depression or anxiety or have experienced trauma which prevents you from living the life you want to live, I would love the opportunity to walk alongside you and help you become the best version of yourself. In your journey of self-discovery, we can collaborate together to help you realign your life with what matters most.

I have a Master of Divinity degree as well as a Masters in Religion and am currently completing my Masters in Counseling at Regis University. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, midlife crises, vocational direction, and helping people find a sense of meaning and purpose in life.  I have an amazing wife and two wonderful children and I enjoy spending time with them every chance I get. I also enjoy listening to live music, fishing, and being out in nature whenever I can.
