I am dedicated to showing individuals and families that they matter; that their struggles and experiences are valid, and there is so much strength in asking for help. I believe that change doesn’t come from focusing on the past, but looking towards the future. As your therapist, I will help you explore solutions and determine ways to act upon them in order to achieve your ideal life. I am goal-oriented and I am here to join and guide you through the process of discovering all your strengths and capabilities. In my free time, you can find me at the plant nursery, the yoga studio, or trying new restaurants and breweries with friends. I have a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and have an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide. I look forward to meeting you!

KRISTIN’S FEES:

Individual therapy – $135 intake session, $110 standard session

Couples/Family therapy – $200 intake session (90 minutes), $120 standard session
